Do you have a passion for people and ice cream? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our shop and deliver smiles — one scoop at a time!

About the Job:
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our ice cream shop. You’ll take customer orders, scoop ice cream, prepare treats, and make sure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a warm, positive attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently (in-person or at the counter)
• Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other desserts
• Handle cash register and point-of-sale transactions
• Keep the service area clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Work as part of a team to maintain a smooth flow during busy times

Requirements:
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, upbeat personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)
