Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar & Waiting Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. As a pivotal part of our establishment, you will contribute to the overall ambiance and satisfaction of our patrons.
We can provide accomodation in our dedicated Staff Accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations when needed.
Ensure accuracy in order taking and relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to our service standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we welcome individuals with a passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
